A cookie is a small text file stored on your device. We also use local storage and tracking pixels (via MailerSend) to understand if our automated emails are reaching you.

4. Tracking Pixels (Emails)
When we send you automated emails via MailerSend (such as "Your file is ready" notifications), these may contain a "tracking pixel." This is a tiny, invisible image that tells us if the email was opened. This helps us ensure our notification system is working correctly. You can disable this by choosing not to "load remote images" in your email client settings.
5. Your Choices and How to Manage Consent
You have full control over non-essential cookies.
- Strictly Necessary: These are required for Thol to work and cannot be switched off. This includes our security and login cookies.
- Analytics (Posthog & Clarity): These are OFF by default. We will only activate these if you click "Accept All" or toggle them "ON" in our cookie banner.
- Changing Your Mind: You can update your preferences at any time by clicking the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of the Application.
